Saturday was a full day from morning till night.
Morning began with the continuation of registration at the River Arts
Center in Prairie du Sac. Following some short opening remarks,
people got down to the serious business of attending workshops. In
typical theatre fashion, there was a break for lunch and the ever
exciting WACT annual meeting. The learning fest continued
throughout the afternoon. Topics ranged from tossing around idea
for using the latest in theatre technology in Tech Toys to tossing
around people in Stage Combat. After the dinner break
actor/director/playwright James DeVita joined us for a program of Inside
the WACTors Studio. A desert reception followed and then it was
back to the hospitality suite for the final session of the conference |
